Refund and Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and the item should be returned within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 10 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
